So the game is now finished, tell me again why buy on release? I can get a better product at a cheaper price today. Or more likely in a year if I ever go back to finish fc3 first, or fc2 for that matter.

With a 1000 year backlog I don't see how any new game is gonna make it.

Finally, maybe I'll be able to play the real Far Cry 4 six months from now.

Those annoying eagles didn't get fixed...way too many of them and the constant firing of rebels who get out of their car to fight them was annoying aswell

Eagles...Far Cry 4's way of saying "You have too much health, let me fix that for you...". Seriously, eagles are the only reason I carry 12-20 green leaves and maxed med kits (each kit is 2 green to make and are auto created if you have leaves in reserve). Eagles are a-holes.

That said, for me elephants have completely balanced the d-bag-ness of eagles in the game. Elephants are just pure fun as weapons - completely unstoppable.

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
