Dying Light Dev: Oculus Rift Support Was 'no brainer'

VRFocus- This week sees Techland launch its anticipated first-person zombie action title, Dying Light in both retail and digital stores in the USA and digitally in Europe. The videogame, which sees players free running through an open-world environment while fighting back hordes of zombies, is hoping to include support for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD) on PC at some point in the future. This came as something of a surprise when it was announced in late 2014 but, according to the developer itself, was a 'no brainer' to include.

Also, your avatar looks like it would fit right in with the residents of Harran.

Our primary focus right now is to release Dying Light: The Beast for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. After the launch of Dying Light: The Beast, we will share more about future titles in due time.”

I knew holding off playing it for 10 years was the right call.

I remember playing this for the first time on the PS4 and it knocking me sick and hurting my eyes due to the horrible motion blur and FPS.

Played it a lot on pc a year later. Then again on ps5 once they dropped the 60fps update. I'll be giving it another go. Mad how they have kept updating this game for 10 years.
