Well this is a kick in the balls. I already have this game preordered on PSN.

Wait..... how in the hell is RESIDENT EVIL not locked at 60? It's not even locked at 30! This is bad.

My main concern is how the game is going to feel, im so used to playing it with a gamecube controller it might be weird with a ps controller.

I wish Sony would have a performance standard policy because this is getting ridicules. They should have that policy state games can not have any major frame-rate drops of 10fps and more or your game will be declined but if it's locked to 30fps it can't have frame-rate drops of 5fps or more. That would improve our PS4 gaming lives a lot. But they will never do this because even a lot of their games had major drops too lol.

Strange. Revelations 2 in full 3D and with modern renders targets mostly 60 fps and prerendered backgrounds with 3D models only gets 30 fps.

I wont be surprised if DmC and DMC4 remastered editions will have frame rate problems too.

Have you guys not played resident evil before? As long as it's hitting above 4 fps the game is completely playable, and still a great game. Fps matters when you want fluid motion. You want high fps in racing games, first and third person shooters, action games etc. you don't care if you're getting 60fps in a rts do you? No, because it doesn't matter. This game has static backgrounds, static cameras, and is so far removed from a high fps count need, it's not even funny.

Figure it out and stop complaining about everything!
