The team behind Blacklight: Retribution, Daylight, and plenty of other titles has officially closed down.

The prolific developer calls it quits after 20 years, putting the status of its library into doubt.
Hey, after Daylight, they needed to do something. That game was just awful.
When’s the last time a game has TRULY scared you? Answer: Not this century. Well Zombie Studio Director, Jared Gerritzen hopes to change all that with their innovative indie title, “Daylight.”
VGS goes in depth with Jared and understand how the world of gaming is changing and what new methods of gaming making will soon become the norm!
The company who made back to back garbage game sure.. i don't get the hype most great scary games are in pc
The game isn't scary. It's a glorified Slender clone that doesn't even hit that level of tension. This is either marketing or the result of an inflated ego.

"You have just three items to use in Daylight: a mobile, a flare and a green rave-style glow stick. Rather than add to the horror by handicapping you, by rendering you severely under equipped, they merely limit your options." - PCGamer
RIP
Blacklight was a complete failure and now it will probably never be fixed on PS4.
That's sad. Always sad to see a studio close no matter who it is.
That sucks. :/ I enjoy Blacklight a lot, actually. Especially Onslaught mode. Daylight was pretty bad though. I really enjoyed many of their other games though, particularly the Saw games.
Also, nice reference, Zombie Studios. You will be missed.
I don't get why they couldn't keep people jobs and retire. I'm only 20 so I have not looked into retiring but surely this isn't the only way? If it was about the money surely they could have sold to someone. Maybe it was about zombie being theirs?
