Just look at the leather and the pipe part on the right to see it actually improved, not got worse.
They might want to check their facts first before attempting to make clickbait articles.
I thought the game looks better now than during the beta. Possibly a driver issue? Or need to enable some settings through .config? I dunno. But everything I've seen it looks the same or better on the release version.
