wow! it really looks INSANE!!!, and also thanks for the spoilers :/

ShiranaiJittai4169d ago (Edited 4169d ago )

masterfox I hate spoilers I mean despise them I would go as far to say I get a little irrational if people spoil stuff for me. Quite difficult when you work in a videogame store to deal with. Now having said that I have to say that someone telling you Naruto fights Sasuke at the end is not a spoiler. It has been a foreshadowing of the ENTIRE SERIES for AT LEAST nine years if not longer.

We have had constant flashbacks and fights that either don't end as expected or are completelely interrupted for various reasons without being resolved between the two. Anyone who has read or watched even I don't know 100 chapters or 40 episodes worth of the series can see how it is going to end. When I say that I don't mean the exact context or plot simply what the end will be.

The series ended entirely October 8th for the manga. This is a trailer for the Japanese game which just got announced. That is the audience that picks the weekly Shonen Jump up in the store right when it comes out. For them this been 2 and a half months of waiting.

I do feel maybe they could have a spoiler tag or something as there are some less subtle "changes" to certain characters that may not be as obvious but having said that when Naruto Shippuuden Ultimate Ninja Revolution released in October the chapter the week before was titled "Revolution"

Every Naruto videogame has ALWAYS been further ahead in the series than we are in the US so why would this one be any different. I am sorry it got spoiled for you but if you despise spoilers as much as myself it is better to either force yourself to catch up or ignore information about it entirely until you do. It is a pain to do but I have managed thus far.

They're milking these Naruto games a bit much now. No changes since Strom 2. The boss fights are awesome but the gameplay has barely changed at all. It's basically buying the same game just with different boss fights and more characters. Even though a Kakashi VS Obito boss fight is jizz worthy, I won't buy it.

pompombrum4169d ago

Felt the same way with Revolution, that could have been completely skipped tbh but seems to be becoming the norm with Japanese developers/publishers these days, milk milk milk.

NeoGamer2324169d ago

Agreed. The trailer has poor resolution, but you can see that the game engine looks like a direct port from the previous generation with no real graphical improvements.

Kalebninja4169d ago

the gameplay changes when the game franchise changes they wont change it as long as its an ultimate ninja storm game. luckily for you this is the final storm game and if they do make another game series it won't have the same mechanics.

TXIDarkAvenger4169d ago

Only worth playing for the story. Otherwise, the same thing as previous installments. And that's implying the story mode long unlike Revolution

Sonyslave34169d ago (Edited 4169d ago )

It coming to Next Gen and Pc the official gaming site say so . -__- it only ps4 exclusive in Japan

TitanUp4169d ago

think the reason why that got asked because in the trailer the only platform that is named is ps4.

Snookies124169d ago

Yeah, only exclusive to PS4 in Japan. In other regions it'll be coming to X1 and PC as well.

By the looks of it, it's going to finish up the shippuuden story which is great, perhaps after this one they can take some time out and create a new Naruto experience instead of milking the series dry.

Blasphemous is a fantastic game. It has that Souls type storyline, very dark with a despair type atmosphere.

nevin11478d ago

Is it a Souls type gameplay experience?

smashman981478d ago

Sort of but if souls were a 2d platformer. Think salt and sanctuary.

SegaSaturn6691478d ago

Soul Calibur6 minus the massive list of DLC?

shinoff21831478d ago

Another month and not much for me. Blasphemous ill try but no interest in the other 2.

I can't be the only one surprised that they are still adding content to Now.

badz1491477d ago

Why are you surprised? The service is going to be combined with the higher Tier PS+ subs from now on, of course they will better maintain it from now on

gold_drake1477d ago

i definitely recommend Blasphemous, its an amazing game.
