
VRFocus - One of the concerns of Samsung's Gear VR smartphone-based head-mounted display (HMD) has been just how accessible it would be with other devices. The Oculus Rift PC HMD has no shortage of compatible motion controllers and more but it was feared that this wouldn't be the case with the Android-based device, which runs on a Galaxy Note 4 smartphone. However it appears there isn't much to worry about on this end; Leap Motion has just shown its controller-free hand-tracking system working with Gear VR.

Covert will debut on Oculus Go and Gear VR later this year.
