"So, what have you been up to for the last eight months?
If you’re like me, your wallet is still reeling from 'Broketober' as you count the days until your favorite holiday 2014 title drops. Smash Brothers, Warlords of Draenor, The Master Chief Collection, and Far Cry 4 are just a few of the many great titles that will soon be available for our consumption. (If you feel overwhelmed, that’s OK. It’s a great time to be a gamer.)
But I chose eight months for a specific reason: November 11th will mark the eight month anniversary of last year’s most anticipated title: Titanfall. You do remember that game, don’t you? It was the winner of over 60+ E3 2013 awards (including Most Anticipated), the game that shone brightly to incredible fanfare and worldwide hype. If you were a gamer, there was no way you could have missed the discussion about this game. "

In a simple and concise post on Twitter, head of Respawn Entertainment Vince Zampella responded to fan requests for a Titanfall x Helldivers 2 crossover two love heart emojis, praising the idea.

Popularized by Doom in 1993 and still making video game haters gnash their teeth today, first-person shooter games are the best thing to happen to gamers since pizza rolls. So here are 15 underrated first-person shooter games you may have missed.
Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.
Lol
All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.
XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games
I played them all, they are all good in their own way
I used to be obsessed with FPS games

Windows Central: "Titanfall 1 is being sunset, taken off storefronts by EA. While the servers remain live for now, one has to wonder just how much time it has left. I look back and pay tribute to the last "twitch"-styled shooter I ever truly loved."
One of the greatest game ever made, just behind my favourite game of all time Gears of War :) I am so glad to own a Xbox to be able to enjoy this game it won 60+ AWARDS I think that speaks for itself.
I liked this game but for one whole week i played both sides were camping worse than Ghosts then i gave up on the game. might go back to it one day but not today. sad thing so much potential.
It doesn't look like this article links to anything.
When I learned it required Internet to be able to play any part of it that killed it for me. I don't have full time access to the Internet at the rigs so couch co-op is what we play. It sux. I was actually interested in it till that fact made light.
It's a crazy fun game, i can only imagine how amazing it would've been with a campaign.
