This beta ForceWare 177.39 release is intended to expose the public to the technology, eventually PhysX supported will be rolled out for NVIDIA's entire GeForce 8/9 family of GPUs.

I can confirm that the drivers released do work with the 8800gt/gts (G92) and i would guess but cant guarantee the 9xxx series as well. THis is achievable by modding the .inf file. Many are available pre modded on he internet.
