TeamXbox writes: "Silicon Knights may have locked up Norse mythology for gaming subject matter with Too Human, but there are other ancient civilizations being excavated for story artifacts at this very moment: One in particular is the latest project by Spark Unlimited (Turning Point: Fall of Liberty), and it features some very tall tales from Greece's early mythos.
Legendary is Spark's first-person adventure that is being touted by publisher Gamecock as an epic tale pulled straight from classic Greek mythology, then modernized via modern, tumultuous city settings. The modern hero in Legendary's instance is Charles Deckard, a chap foolish enough to mess with a National Treasure-like representation of Pandora's Box. The odd, gold box ends up being opened, and the result isn't pretty. As with the original lore, hell-on-Earth ensues, with Deckard feeling like the man responsible for the mayhem. Luckily, he emerges from the situation as a man with supernatural powers-and he'll need said powers when it comes to battling demons normally restricted to fireside chats. It's up to you to steer Chuck through a maze of mythological creatures and gun-toting baddies in an attempt to save mankind."

In this special 'Sadistic Santa' edition of the Black Panel Podcast, the team discusses the horrid presents they have received for Xmas, including Farming Simulator, Duke Nukem Forever and Legendary.

Looking for great games for the holidays?
In honor of Thanksgiving and real turkeys everywhere that have laid down their lives in the service of your belly, here is a small collection of PC gaming 'turkeys' we've reviewed over the last year to avoid this holiday season.
Blair Herter announces the winner of G-Phoria '09 Game Most Deserving of a Uwe Boll Movie. Nominees include 'Golden Axe: Beast Rider', 'Castlevania Judgment', 'Legendary', 'Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayer' and 'X-Blades'.
NOTHING deserves a Uwe Boll movie. That guy is simply atrocious at everything he does. I can't believe how he can make a move so stupid, I'm not kidding I got sick after watching House of the Dead. It's like he actually wants to fail. A monkey with a camera and 10 bucks can make a better movie than this guy.
I've already seen an Onechanbara movie. Made in Japan and campy as hell but I enjoyed it thou :)
