The last time a PlayStation console had seen Samurai Warriors outside of Japan was in 2007, with the release of Samurai Warriors 2 Empires for the PlayStation 2. The third entry was a Nintendo Wii exclusive, but now the series is back with a vengeance on the PS3, PS4, and Vita. Is there enough new content to warrant a sequel, or is this more of the same?

"Amazon has added new game deals for August 17th. Deals are Assassin’s Creed Chronicles $10, The Golf Club: Collector's Edition $13, Samurai Warriors 4 Empires $20 and lots more!"

This problem that was partially fixed when Koei released 4-II, but what about the original? Having already played Dynasty Warriors and Orochi Warriors 3, Bit Cultures was excited to get into the Samurai Warriors series for the first time and see the characters that had already been introduced to in their stories.

Amazon has discounted Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires (20% off to $39.99 on Xbox One), Samurai Warriors 4 Special Anime Pack (34% off to $49.36 on PS4) and Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate (40% off to $23.99 on PS4).
Better than I thought! May check this out after I finish Hyrule Warriors.
The combat is so straight forward and simple, yet I cannot stop playing these games.
these are always fun. mindless, but fun.
I don't know what it is about these games but I can't stop getting and digging them. Logging serious hours into Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate and then I plan on picking this up as well.
