Impact Winter is a truly desolate game, with many interlocked systems that present players with challenging choices to make. It really is too bad that everything doesn’t work well together, and that the other characters are more cumbersome than helpful. - Drew@EB

Carlos writes: "Thick snow covers the landscape, temperatures are plummeting, and a huge asteroid has wiped out much of life as we know it, devastating the planet we are on. To make things worse, supplies are now limited. At present five survivors are still alive within the confines of an abandoned church and they are looking to you to help them survive. Impact Winter PS4 Review | Invision Game Community

Freddrock absolutely loved the game This War of Mine. The story was intriguing, he felt empathetic with the characters, the places you scavenged created suspenseful and heart-stopping moments, and the decisions you needed to make had drastic consequences on what happened throughout the game. He saw the game Impact Winter as another game that would repeat this... it did not.
