Unity might need to be downgraded for the Wii U to run it because it's developed for the more powerful systems. but why is Rogue also not making it's way to the Wii U, then Ubi?certainly not because of power, right?

This is all a perfect example of a developer running their mouth too much, and just sounding and looking stupid.

First the platform parity, because you don't want to stir debates (Who the #@$% cares outside of fanboys and sites looking for hits). If the game looks and plays good on both the PS4 / XBO, then what "GAMER" cares if the resolution is 1080p on their console and 900p on the other.

Now we have this BS, and if it's really not capable of being scaled to the Wii U, then is the Wii U at least getting Assassin's Creed: Rouge, because for now it's still PS360 exclusive, and it shouldn't be a problem to scale to Wii U.

I completely understand sales of 3rd party games not doing well on Wii U, and you not wanting to support it because of that, but don't spread this BS. It's about time for Ubisoft to get the boycott. They're becoming worse than Activision and EA with all the over promising and constant under delivering.

More proof that the Wii U is really just a last-gen console. The system can't even match many multiplats that came out on PS3 and 360, despite having the extra RAM (no doubt the weak CPU plays a big part in that). Nintendo really cut far too many corners on the Wii U console, just to accommodate the expensive gamepad gimmick, and they're now paying the price for that in poor sales and financial losses every year. What a shame.

Ubisoft sucks so much. And not because they aren't bringing their shitty ASS Creed games to Wii U, but because they spew so much BS its funny.

I don't care tbh.... I'll play it on my ps4 and wait for the next Zelda game or metroid, or xeno, Mario, pikmin, dragon quest, monster hunter, bayonetta, smash bros etc. The day I buy a main multi plat for wiiu, will be the day I likely lost the plot!

Luckily for us Wii U owners throwing everything but the kitchen sink at a game doesn't always - if ever - translate into a BETTER game, even a good one. Bayonetta 2 (plus 1) and Smash Bros should fill the 'void' left by another 6 monthly/turning more frequently Assassins Creed.

Before I got rid of my Wii U, I played more original Wii games than Wii U games. There just isn't enough to warrant the purchase. MK8 helped, as Will Smash Bros, but I already have it for my 2DS and don't need another version of the same game. A decent system, just no good games

Why would anyone be offended that the Ubi guy stated something that is almost certainly true - and no one on this board insisting it is. It true has no credible evidence or even hypothesis to say otherwise.

I only own a Wii u - I know it does not have the horsepower that the XB1 or PS4 have- for better or worse there will be games made for those 2 consoles that can t be replicated on the Wii U

The fact is, Ubi fortunately supported the Wii U when no one else was- including Nintendo - Ubi lost money doing so but continued supporting it anyway - No rational person can blame them for backing away from the Wii u for the foreseeable future -

The way many Nintendo supporters talk about UBI and other 3 rd party efforts combines with the sales of their games - why would they really think about supporting Nintnendo in that type of environment ?

Like I have been saying for a while, I think some Developers are trying to rig the system into a Uniform Format.

And I think Nintendo is the most bothersome because the because even when they make a toe to toe (on horsepower) system- Nintendo generally adds something unconventional that cost more development. (2nd Screen, Motion Controls)

In a Machiavellian way, it makes sense because it allows them to maximize dev cost-

Personally I just think the dev team don't have the skills to use the Wii U tech properly. How to explain how Nintendo, Retro, and Platinum get games to run at such a high level on the U.

ACU could be ported to WiiU, the GPGPU is made to take the load of cpu intensive stuff. The gameplay would be the same, maybe a few less civilians and Npc's but nothing too important. Graphics wouldn't be quite as good but gameplay first right?

The Wii U is doomed. And thats coming from a Nintendo fan who has only ever bought Nintendo. It cant survive on Nintendo games alone...

Nintendo gonna have to break out the old wallet and get some 3rd party games back and some exclusives. Their system is still very awesome it just needs games. Hell A zombie U 2 funded by Nintendo with online co op and multiplayer would really do go nowadays. I'm not talking Call of Duty or Destiny numbers but everybody loves a good zombie game with Online. Zombie U part 1 had no online and that really killed it. Especially since the local multiplayer was very fun.

I'm not paying Ubisoft no mind. In fact, they are not on my radar. Speaking for myself, "ZombiU" is way to easy and look like shit. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is a good game. I'll co-sign that game. It looks good but not next gen good on Wii U. It's also plagued with bugs. His legs shake often like he's nervous or have to take a shit. And no, I didn't buy them brand new but from Amazon. I got ZombiU, Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Deus Ex: Human Revolution new for $45 dollars. While I like Deus Ex the most out of those three, their last gen ports and don't cut it once it's beat. I look at Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, Smash Bros U and the Zelda U trailer and say they are lying. Assassin's Creed was always mediocre in graphics at best, and Wii U can't do what? I'll buy Watch Dogs when it hits Amazon for about $10 dollars and for good reasons. The Xbox One/PS4 versions looks almost last gen and I'll hate to see what the Wii U version looks like. I don't read Wii U owners even talking about it so I know I'm not alone on this. Super Mario 3D worlds and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze is beautiful (mainly Donkey Kong TF). I've heard some Wii U owners trying to hype ZombiU to justify their purchase. That game is shit. I only like what Ubisoft did with the Gamepad for that game.
