Bethesda has announced the dates of the 2015 Quakecon. The event based in Texas has grown and is becoming a must attend event for gamers.
During Bethesda’s QuakeCon panel today, they revealed tons of info and stuff coming for The Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited for PC.
The most thing I adore about Bethesda is that they one of the few developers that actually listen to the fans.
Don't see why they wouldn't. If there are forum posts with enough people saying it, they will. That isn't something difficult for them to add. Actually kind of something it should have launched with.
You will get it soon sir. Once enough people want it, Bethesda will deliver. I trust them.
Surprised they asked for controller support. Would think that KB/M would be a better option for any MMO there is. I guess it's good for the people that hook their PC to a TV and play on the couch.
I personally play all my PC games with my Dualshock 4 connected. It's very entertaining to play with a controller on PC except for shooters of course.
Playing on a couch with a mouse and keyboard is kinda annoying imo. It's fun to have both possibilities with PC and not to be forced to play with one.
ESO is for the most part designed for consoles, so it's not surprising some people want controller support on the PC.
what is the whole removing of veteran ranks all about? I am currently playing this on PS4 and am currently only level 31. Why did people want this removing?
MGL: Being more of an RPG type gamer, I was mainly focused on Fallout 4 and the sequel to the amazing Dishonoured. First person shooters very rarely look any different from one another to me so I was certainly not expecting anything special.
Oh, how wrong and completely stupid I was to think that. The Doom footage rocked and now I want more at Quakecon.
Fair play buddy, not normally one for first person shooters but not been as impressed by initial gameplay of one since I saw the original Bioshock.
People liking different things is what makes gaming awesome dude, so no worries. What you wanting to see?
Doom has that special appeal to certain gamers. Doom gave gamers a feeling that no other game can give you and thats why it's so special.
I mean seriously you go from playing pac man space invaders Asteroids or Mario brothers and then all of a sudden you're playing DOOM!
It's like only watching Disney movies your entire life then all of a sudden you're sitting their watching Scarface or Natural Born Killers!
when games were happy and all G rated Doom came with the BLOOD GUTS and R rating!
That Psychotic Doom face guy look is a permanent memory for me. Complete full metal jacket bathroom scene face before there was a Full metal Jacket movie.

I feel the same about Fallout. F3 was one of the most overrated games I played last generation in my opinion, and so far F4 looks like more of the same. Doom on the other hand looks like it's returning to form after the letdown (imo) of Doom 3. I'd rather have another proper Elder Scrolls game than either one of them though.
I was a huge DOOM fan but wasn't impressed with Doom 3...but for some reason this new Doom is doing it for me.
Maybe it's the classic like gameplay that is tickling my nostalgia.

Gonna be epic with Fallout 4 this year and maybe Doom next year!
I have actually completed Doom 3 13 times on PC and PS3.
