Holland always played beautiful football. they just don't get lucky in the knockout rounds. and boy does robin make a difference, he's truly a great player. to bad he is injured all the time.

Good point killer_trap. As a longtime fan of Netherlands, they'l always been great but sadly never got what they deserved. Robben was indeed phenomenal in that match but he has been eqeually great in Madrid as well :)

Not to insult your personal preference but I mean c'mon, wii fit is going to affect the world a lot more than anygame out there, most games that are amazing still only affect the gaming industry while wii fit will affect the entire world, I mean I'm still not gonna buy it but it's overall a decent game I played it at my friends house and it's pretty fun, but I mean nowhere near my level of what I desire in a game. Sorry about that but theres too much Wii Fit bashing going around.

mepsipax, actually that is the reason I hate Wii Fit because the damn thing is a effective piece of garbage IMO and as for it's games, I only like the one with guiding the ball by balance, something like the good old PC game, Balance.
But aside from that, Wii Fit is nothing more than an overpriced piece of plastic that I don't find any fun whatsoever. Not even casually fun. I can understand why casual gamers find Wii Sports fun but this... absolutly useless. Sorry, Wii Fit has no place in my definition of fun. Neither real or casual.

It's not that I hate Wii Fit it's that I hate everything it stands for, a legendary game designer whoring out to the casuals, moron consumerists gobbling it up because it's been plugged on every major network, idiots yammering on about how innovative it is and many other various thing, all I know is it's a nice but not good or great game that I played for like 10 mins and got kinds bored, I'm already fit and take pretty good care of myself so I would only buy this for the games, and if I get bored I could send it as a Christmas gift, I'm a genious.

Actually, what you said is the reason for 80 percent of my hate for Wii. What it stands for. To see THE legendray Miyamoto promote this at E3 over a real game Mario Galaxy.

I couldn't have said better in a million years. With games like Raving Rabbids TV Party (I'm a huge Raving Rabbids fan, love the original to death!), I've grown to hate the Balance Board itself a lot less but still can't bring myself to enjoy Wii Fit. I found NONE of its games any fun at all (Aside from that ball rolling thing that is like the super simple Marble Madness). I don't like Wii Sports but can see some casual fun behind it but Wii Fit, lacks even that IMO.

But as you said, the real hate should go to what Wii Fit stands for not the balance board itself which may be really awesome when combined with a good skating game or something like that. Cheers and thanks for the great conversation.
Good point about buying it for games. Raving Rabbids TV and Ubi's snowboarding games could put Balance Board to good use and if not, it will make perfect xmass gift :)
