
VRFocus - Many virtual reality (VR) fans dreams of what beloved videogame company Nintendo could achieve if it turned its attention towards the technology. The company has no shortage of franchises that could make enticing VR experiences and the ideas and innovation to create thrilling new IP. While it doesn’t appear as if the Mario makers will be getting involved with VR any time soon, fans can now at least sample some of their past works with an Oculus Rift VR head-mounted display (HMD).

Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.
