Some might say that Deep Silver did everything it could to address the various controversies surrounding current-gen console remasters with the launch of its remarkable Metro Redux. 4A Games handed in code that was a truly transformative experience compared to its PS3 and Xbox 360 predecessors, it significantly improved and modernised Metro 2033 and the publisher did its best to bypass the 'rip-off cash-in' arguments often levelled at remasters by bundling both games together in a retail package available in the UK for less than £30. But what about PC?

The world is in such shock right now, as Russia has made multiple advances on Ukraine since February 24th, 2022. Some Switch players may want to help in some way. Well, Jason Capp is here with some Ukrainian made games you can buy to show your support!

Daily Video Game writes: "If you recently just bought a new Nintendo Switch or you're just looking for new games to play on your Nintendo Switch, Amazon has just added more games to its Nintendo Switch game sale! These awesome game deals include some of the best titles available for this gaming console."

Amazon has discounted Metro Redux (Switch) to $39.99, Death Stranding to $25.00, Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Vinyl Set to $59.36, Animal Crossing: New Horizons Official Companion Guide to $18.85 and more.
I still want to buy this. Would really help bypass time till Destiny.
Good job 4A for making Metro Redux look competitive with the pc version.
And to think that people thought that console style optimizations was dead this gen.
The PC version looks awesome and I'm happy with it. It looks great even on my gtx 880m with very high settings. I almost bought the redux of 2033 for ps4 but I realized it doesn't look as sharp as the PC version.
nice to see the ps4 looking better.
Despite having my doubts about my PS4 pre-order as I already had both titles on my gaming rig PC (although non of the DLC) I was pleasantly surprised.
Game plays & feels much better than the original PC counterpart (Being on the big screen with surround sound helps) but it looks great on consoles. Sitting at a distance of 8 feet away from my big screen it easily stands up to my 1080p Ultra settings on my gaming rig. It's crystal clear, smooth as silk, amazing lighting. like the article says the animations facial textures could of been improved but this is a 'remaster' that actually stands up to that claim.
£25 was an absolute bargain for it!
