There really aren't any - but being such a multi-playable game I would think they might have thought about it as an option. I mean, how hard is it to add character alterations for red, blue, and green?

They're all Link, duh. Same reason you can't play a female character in Four Swords.
Everybody Plays - "There she is. The New Nintendo 3DS "Ambassador Edition". With nothing in the way of an official announcement, Nintendo yesterday sent an email to an unconfirmed amount of Club Nintendo members accross Europe, offering them a chance to get their grubby mits on an exclusive New Nintendo 3DS bundle before anyone else. After Japan, now also the US and Europe are getting the Skyward Sword theme for their Nintendo 3DS.
Doom and gloom already? Still... some good points there.
1) The other models will get discontinued and the name thing will not matter
2) Exclusive games? who cares? the GBC, the DSi both got exclusive games, not a big deal, you need that for a remodel of this kind. That does not make your other models worthless.
