This article is a little ridiculous, "It might not get released this year because it lacks previews up until this point", and why does GTA need hype everybody already knows its going to be a great game with better visuals.

Well the PC version of GTA IV released in December 2008 so I won't be surprised if GTA V Remastered is coming in December 2014. Still plenty of time left for 2014 to end.

Man..hope not..been holding out for the PC ultimate version that I can mod.

If they've been quoted saying "new Rockstar Next Gen game coming spring 15." I doubt it, unless GTA V is that game???

Hmmmm, I'm one of the ones that kinda figured there would be a next gen/pc release of this so I have yet to play this.

On one hand, being delayed will give me more time to play the ridiculous amount of games releasing Sept.- Nov. but if it gets delayed to 1st Quarter of 15, then it has to compete with Bloodborne, Witcher 3 (HUGE!), and others.

I really wish some of these big games would release in the Summer when there is a drought!

There is no basis for this rumor, but I wouldn't be surprised. As long as it releases, I'll be happy.

I never played GTA V and it's one of my most anticipated games of the year... so I'm praying to god it releases on time.

Well the 40 million people that already bought the game may not be as excited for a next gen version in 2015 when all the real next gen games are releasing.

This year has very few big releases, I'd gladly replay gta5 this fall. Next year I'll be playing games I haven't played before.

With the big games like Destiny taking the main spots it would be wise to delay some games not with gta But the pc version should have been out the first release of gta 5 now it might be delayed again.

There is a 0% chance of this happening they would of had announced a delay on their earnings call.

I doubt it's been delayed, my guess it's going to be released in November-December 2014.

After I read someone elses post earlier I think what might be happening...(But I hope im wrong) is that they intend to wait until after holidays. So they don't have to discount price just because of holiday sales and to please shareholders, because they figure there will be an even larger user base from both consoles after holidays.

It's still a risky move considering all the other games they would be competing with in 2015 that are much more high profile. All of which more people would buy or prioritize day one over a re-release of a game that by then will be over 2 years old! especially at the full $60. It was already a low priority pick-up for certain gamers and if this article is right, they may jeapordize a good deal of business from people losing interest.

It can release at any point up until december as Rockstar has stated fall release. Still a whole 4 months away.

I'm not getting my hopes up for a release before Christmas. I've been burned way too many times to count on a game coming out when they say it will.

If this is delayed until 2015, I will be sure to pick it up on steam sale in 2016 ... too many other games launching in 2015 that I'd rather play.

I wonder if all the new current gen games will just be games made with the intent of improving them on the next gen systems.
From a business standpoint, why finish what you start when you can sell what's unfinished and then double up on it almost instantly with minimal effort on the second leg?

Well I hope R* spill the beans soon.
I've tried playing the 360 version and wasn't that impressed.
However, I'm not waiting possibly another year to play a better looking version. I'll give the 360 another go if needs be.

I'm fine with that... more time for the 20nm GTX 880's to be released alongside newer 4K Gsync monitors.

Still playing GTA:Online on 360, I spend more time with GTA V than either next gen console or my PC right now.

Click bait. Rockstar wouldn't release a trailer saying coming Fall 2014 if they had any inclination it wouldn't make the date. I suspect the XBOX One, PS4 and PC versions are done and have been polishing it for the past months

Today, they claimed the balanced the payouts of high lvl missions to improve the income for players YET they did the exact opposite :[ they ruined my least fav' mission where I had 4250~4350 all the time 'n repeating it each 6 min max.

now it gives 2500 rp ......

To be honest why should I care about this developer that didn't want to take on the PC anyways. I've seen so many Let's Plays of this game, it's like I've already played it.

And once I played the game a month ago by a friend, I was just bored and didn't know what to do because I knew what every mission was about. Say it's my fault if you want, but the wish of wanting to own this game vanished for me.
