PS4 should have sold through 11.5m units, by it's first full year, and around 13m units by the end of the year. Crazy impressive for a $400 console. Can't image what happens when it hits $299 (aka mass market price for the core), and $199 (mass market price for casuals).

XBO should be at 6.8m depending on how soon they launch their console WW (early Sep.) in it's first full year (which keeps it on par with 360's first full year), and should hit around 8 million by the end of the year. Which isn't bad at all.

Nintendo should be at 7.8m by year 2 for them, with 8.5m for by the end of the year.

Second place goes to whoever is willing to cut price first.

Glad to see Microsoft selling good numbers. It is only a matter of time until it surpasses Sony. At least here in the USA

If Sony Manages to make a good conference for Gamescom that includes Vita, then maybe sales will get higher. Till then........

PS4 is beasting. Sales will increase weekly when the holidays get closer. Expect stores to be low on stock. Now is the time to get PS4.

Looking at the sales numbers and I see that Ps4 is generally the console of choose because it has the best recipe: sufficient power, good variety of games and exclusive, best exclusive IPs, best Dev studios, a good network infrastructure, PS+ and commitment of Sony (as the history has shown us).

The WiiU is a good change of pace with the games that is offering, being fun and different; considering the good price of it I believe that this is the best second console to have.

Now the Xbox, IMO, hasn't established a clear identity in the market. It's underpowered, too expensive, doesn't have voice commands (the kinectless version), doesn't have sufficient exclusives (but only timed exclusive), unclear vision and the messages from Microsoft board are discouraging. So, maybe this is the reason Xbox is not selling very good.

I think the consumer's mind is set on PS4 as the main console, while WiiU as the second console. Xbox should revise its policy towards consumers and also should change the strategy lowering the price and bring big exclusives (not timed exclusives).

Maybe I'll have to dust off my PS4 and buy TLOS. I never completed it on PS3.

Xbox One out sells ps4 on a vg chartz listing they are called inaccurate and wrong ps4 outsells Xbox 1 they are 100 percent true im not saying the ps4 isn't outselling the x1 im just pointing out hypocrisy on these threads.

And once again the Xbox1 proves to be a North American niche product...Xbox fanboys seem to be insulted by that fact...but they shouldn't...There is no shame in being the world's 3rd choice when it come to game console's...

This should put to bed any ideas some have that the XB1 is "doing well". When it's outsold 3:1 globally, 2:1 in it's own home market, and 7:1 (!!!) in Europe, it't not "doing well"! It's even being outsold by the WiiU! Third place in a three horse race isn't doing well, it's failing miserably!

Wuchang is great. Nine Sols didn’t have a physical copy so I never played it but I’ve heard good things so I will check it out. I stopped playing sports games many years ago when before the card dlc’s or whatever they’re called.

I hated that he died. The game was good but you never want to see a character you can relate or enjoy to die off like that. We wanted more Joel not less. Still a really good game but that part will always sit poorly with many

Not gonna lie, I think they made a big mistake. I mean I like a big unimaginable shock moments as much as the next person. It was just too soon though. If you’re going to kill off the main character you need a solid back up that people love just as much to carry the weight of the loss. If you’re setting it up for a trilogy then he really should have died at the end of 2 or half way through 3.

Who cares, that was like 6 years ago.

I don't mind the story, I think it is interesting in its own. But I would much prefer it stays as a story between Joel and Ellie (And I don't hate Abby, but it just feels like a third wheel when I play the game, feel like it is not a story about her). Joel can live with the consequences in a different way than just get killed off, his emotional conflicts between him and Ellie, Abby and everyone else would have a lot of interesting stories to tell, not any less than just get killed off.

So we as players, who controlled Joel in the first game, can get immersed and feel the guilt with him, instead of getting angry that he got killed.

TLOU Part 2 was a great game, but the entire game made me mad

Personally I liked that they killed off Joel, his death scene was great. The story was good and how revenge drives a person. The last quarter of the game was dumb after Tommy told Ellie where Abby was located. She leaves the farm goes in an arduous trek killing many more people along the way. Finds Abby in a cage releases her they fight, Ellie gets two fingers bitten off, and suddenly she doesn’t want to fight and kill Abby anymore, lets her leave with a warning even though she was the one losing the fight. Why go the rough all of that hassle just to let the focus of your hatred just leave. Should have stwyed home with Diana and keep all her fingers intact. Still a great game with a good story and I liked Abby I saw no reason for all her hate.

They could have killed Tommy and made it a revenge story with Joel and Ellie going after Abbie.

ND was trying so hard to make me sympathize with Abbie and it just wasn't working. I just don't understand how you make a "revenge is bad story" while having me mow through hundreds of NPCs just to get to the main culprit and just...not finish the job. Druckman is a terrible story teller.
