If you want an assassin game that includes women, homosexuals, non whites, (Ubisoft hit two of those already with their protagonists in Assassin's Creed Liberation and AC III), then MAKE GAMES WITH THOSE CHARACTERS.
That is the solution. Make an amazing game with amazing characters. That is what anyone wants to play.
Complaining about it does not change a thing.
