According to reports, Destination Software has announced that it will bring Chess Crusade to the Nintendo Wii and DS on July 22nd in North America. This budget-priced offering will have a more fantasy-esque look than most other chess titles such as Wii Chess, with custom animations when pieces are taken. From the official website:
