I disagree with the article, its really stable for a beta.
It feels alot more complete than many released games, so that's a great thing.
My problems lie with how boring I found it. I know its just a Beta and Im not judging a final product, neither am I cancelling my pre order, it just a bit worrying if I was bored to the point of turning it off after only a couple of hours.

Bungie was upfront the entire time that this would be a beta in every sense of the word. There's going to be issues. Bugs and server issues are precisely what they want players to find. They're basically crowdsourcing a little QA in order to deliver a more polished final product. Which makes sense because when you have a game with the scope of Destiny, a standard QA team is woefully inadequate. Testing could take months, if not years. But take a few hundred thousand gamers willing to play the game in am unfinished state and you can stamp out many fires as they occur.

I think the main problem is the perception most gamers and even those among the enthusiast press have is that this is supposed to be more or less a demo of the game. This was never intended to be such a thing. This article is an example of someone thinking that it was supposed to be a demo.

I've never had any disconnects whilst playing so I guess I'm just lucky.
The world does feel a little empty, like there isn't much loot to be found.
I like exploring Old Russia as it shows how big the area is and I like how I've come across underground places full of bad guys I can't even seem to dent the armour of.
I didn't think the valut was very well signposted and I am really disapointed that the speeder bike thing doesn't have any weapons on it! I mean its a rough and tough world full of things that want to kill you, so I'm sure you'd have guns on your speeder bike (or is that just me).

The only problem I have with Destiny so far is the lack of split screen. It doesn't really bother me personally, but my brothers bought a ps4 together since they're both still in school and don't have disposable incomes. It'd be nice if all three of us could play together at the same time but we're all hooked on the game nonetheless.

The only problem I have are the vehicles... People just whore them and there's not much you can do to kill them... The vehicles need to be nerfed imo

My only problem is the massive MASSIVE loading times. Furthermore two concerns:

1. Levelcap. It only took me 4 hours to reach the current cap of 8...

2. Repetition. Aint a whole lot going on. The mechanics are tons of fun but after 10 hours?

On a side Note, make the cutscenes skippable. Watched some 5 times. Different characters and replays phew

I haven't had a single disconnect. I only experience lag, but no disconnects.
The loading times could be better.

not judging from this article but from what i see in vids and comments the game isn't that great as i was hoping it to be.

Can't wait for Halo on my ps5.

I always thought Guitar Hero was boring the button clicking with the plastic guitar also got annoying. I played it twice with friends but I was also drunk and stoned. There are people who like Destiny but I never liked the game.
