Are You Still Playing Titanfall?

Titanfall has been out for a little while now, and it's settled into a normal rhythm for an online shooter. There are some new maps, some new modes, and a lot of people who have gotten very good at it. But the question remains: How many people who were playing in March are still playing now?

gamer11384325d ago

Yes. More now than when it released! New game modes, maps and burn cards.

Palitera4325d ago

Me too. The last patch seriously improved the performance too, which was one of my biggest problems with the game.

One of the best MP FPS I've ever played, the best being MW2, no wonder it's from the same guys. Can't wait for the inevitable sequel.

Look at those dislikes out of jeleousy lol cant even deny the truth

This is a game I can always come back to and get into again and again. I got the PC version.

Yep, my thoughts exactly.

Matt6664324d ago

Yes more often now. Not too many games to play these days so spend time with Titanfall

gamer11384325d ago

I think that was always going to be the way. Let's be honest, it's why watchdogs has sold as much as it has despite, in my opinion, failing to live up to a lot of hype and being generic.

XiNarutoUzumaki4325d ago

NOt as much as I used to in the first 2 months, but I still play it.

Kran4325d ago

Not sure why people are disagreeing with you. You've answered the question...

InTheLab4325d ago

Fanboys? Won't admit that no one is playing the game anymore.

I traded mine after two weeks. There was not enough content at launch and we shouldn't be expected to wait or buy dlc to make the game fun again.

@RATEDAFORADULT

so... max Xbox owners are disliking his post because... he's playing a game that is on their own system....?

O...K...

You sure?

Palitera4325d ago

@HATER, well, it IS the ultimate shooter right now, along with BF4. If you consider the evolution of MP FPS, on one side (quick, frenetic, COD related) you have one, on the other (slower, bigger, more team based) you have the other. It also made the most significant evolution on the genre IN YEARS, forcing the stale BF and COD to add similar design to their games. Not enough for a first entry? lol

If you think I am a XBot, look at my avatar, whiner. You should really think about writing such stupid and immature comments. You are a hater, we get it, but what do you or we gain by your presence here?

You seriously need to deal with your insecurity.

Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.

MadLad1351d ago

Lol

All of these games are pretty much universally praised. Outside of Timeshift I literally own all of these.

Venoxn4g1350d ago (Edited 1350d ago )

XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games

I played them all, they are all good in their own way
I used to be obsessed with FPS games

An ode to Titanfall: The last twitch shooter I'll probably ever enjoy

Windows Central: "Titanfall 1 is being sunset, taken off storefronts by EA. While the servers remain live for now, one has to wonder just how much time it has left. I look back and pay tribute to the last "twitch"-styled shooter I ever truly loved."
