Personally I'd rather have brands pay to have their products advertised then what we normally get..

Blocked out labels or made up brand names (even if some are hilariously bad lol)

EA has been doing this since Madden 2010 (Old Spice achievements). There were even in game ads for Snickers.

Yea on shift 2 unleashed if your connected to live they display advertisements in game. Stupid flo insurance girl in my game. Quit supporting ea.

Im going to make it a point tonot buy anything I see advertised in a video game. Take that advertisers!

Good job I've retired from the achievement game 180k but happier playing doom 3 and orange box. EA Can blow me, FIFA's not too bad tho, balls am I buying on launch tho, might just get last years on the cheap again until this new one goes down as they all will it's just a matter of time, EA Churn churn churn and now this, do one!

Achievements were great when they launched and were for a few years still are ok but these people who won't play a game because they might not get a certain achievement and rubbish like that is just lame, I loved the achievements but at the end of the day I wasn't buying the games because of them, ok maybe sometimes but the game comes first and foremost sometimes the acheievements are all tied into the game but then other times they are completely seperate and like an extra way to play the games and no not just a list of achievements that require you to churn millions of matches or kills but hey ho each to there own ;)

They have been doing it. They did it with Skate 3. Had a trick and trophy named "Miracle Whip."

How low can they go!
