Smart move. A 3rd party developer that only make exclusives for one console are pretty stupid. They fail to realise that only benefits the console maker, not them.
The only way a 3rd party should develop a exclusive is if it's Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo that's paying for the entire development of the game.
