Dimps has a long history developing Dragon Ball fighting games and they are returning to the series with Dragon Ball Xenoverse. The upcoming game is the first Dragon Ball title for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Considering Harada's comments on the last Soul Calibur, I'd be pleasantly surprised if it did turn out to be a new one. I'd say it's more than likely some fighter based on a big anime IP.
If it does happen to be an anime fighter. i hope its a Jujutsu Kaisen title developed cyber connect 2 because cursed clash was pretty bad

it better be, Tales of Arise was awesome. I hope they can make combat bit more tight and tough on harder difficulties
The gameplay and graphics of Arise are awesome. But I hope the next game will have vast world and not as linear as arise.
