Ubisoft Toronto’s Jade Raymond is famous for being the face of the original Assassin’s Creed. A videogame series which has since gone on to be one of Ubisoft’s biggest cash cows and allowed Raymond to climb to a place of not insignificant authority. However, it’s not her current job that’s of interest to the virtual reality (VR) community, but rather her ideas for the future.

I hate to think what impact a high fidelity horror title might have in VR, considering that I totally crap myself with simple tech demos that have the most basic of graphics and have even a hint of horror in them, think Playstation 1 graphics.

I disagree, having owned a DK1 and with a DK2 on order I think the best application is anything cockpit related, specifically racing and flying sims.

With the amount of support and Oculus already has considering its nowhere near being released is very promising. I imagine its not that hard to to implement into existing games as even the smallest indy teams are adding support for it to their games for free.

Some genres... racers, FPS or 1st person view games like Skyrim or Outlast. The Bayonettas, Super Marios or Assassins Creeds are a different story.

I would like to see a VR game where you play as Jade making sandwitches. Jade Raymond Sandwitch-Making simulator. ohhh think how many horny losers (mostly Sony fans) will buy that game Ubisoft and fap to it.

VR will be a fad just like the Kinect ,motion controlers,3D and other crap.

If ppl didnt find 3D an usefull thing then VR will be just as that unless you wanna feel like a moron staring at wall while sitting on a chair...im sad that sony is actually spending money on this but fanboys will support it just like the forgotten ps move and 3D...
