Without meaning to sound too harsh to David, famous for titles such as Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, there are still reasons as to why this just simply needs to be said. David Cage cannot write. Well he can write, just not well. What I mean by this, is his stories are riddled with more plot holes than a fishing net. Seeing as he writes and directs “interactive” dramas that need to rely on their story, David Cage has a talent for ruining them. However Telltale Games, which is a much more smaller company than David Cage’s Quantic Dream manages to actually push out good games such as The Walking Dead. There are many things to run through, such as how Telltale grew, some of David Cages past work and how Telltale Games writing rivals up with David Cages.
Star Wars Eclipse will be an 'action-adventure' game and yet how Quantic Dream approaches consequence-heavy QTEs need not be abandoned recklessly.
This has been my most anticipated Star Wars game in years. Can't wait to see what they have done.
I like the accessibility option in recent games like Dying Light 2 and RE4, where you can simply hold a QTE button instead of spamming like a madman. 😌

The departure of the lead writer likely means the story is done. The trailer for this game is amazing. Hope it comes out soon.
Quantic Dream are set to offering hands-on opportunities at PAX East 2024, but which game it will be has not yet been revealed.
David Cage simply cannot write and that's the downfall of his games. He thinks he's a much better writer than he actually is and he refuses to stop making QTE games that expose his bad writing ability. I've said for years Quantic Dream could become an elite studio if they ditched the QTE formula and just did a straight out gameplay oriented game and ditched David Cage from writing these scripts. Farenheit, Heavy Rain, and Beyond 2 Souls are FILLED with plot holes. Embarrassing amount of plot holes and the gameplay in Beyond 2 Souls is awful.
