Hold the phone. Over a year ago, the PS3 was outselling the 360 by almost 2 million units on VGChartz. The PS3 has been outselling the 360 for years. And yet, now they're equal? How did you screw that up so badly, VGChartz?

Wii U 84K compared to XB1's 34K, and encroching on the PS4's 121K? I think not. I see those Nintendo fanboys still run that site.

Last month's NPD showed the PS4 near 200K in just the US, and the Wii U only barely over 50K, according to the GAF leak. There is no way the Wii U sold 84K in just one week, even if its worldwide. This is pure NDF guesswork.

I feel bad for Xbox man. I hate that Phil has to try to fix all the bull crap Don did to only still sell a weaker system and that's something he can't fix. Hopefully games can get more people to buy a xb1 because it seems like people are going to get multiplats over it, so it need big games.

While I don't trust VG numbers, if xone doesn't start selling better xone owners should expect MS to release xone-2 (or whatever) within 4 years and drop game support of xone probably a year before that.

Holy crap, the Xbox1 is getting crushed at the moment. We'll have to wait and see if it sells better with the kinect not there anymore. But I find it hard to believe that will help since even the PS3 is outselling it....just amazing. This is like the PS2 days.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.

Wuchang is great. Nine Sols didn’t have a physical copy so I never played it but I’ve heard good things so I will check it out. I stopped playing sports games many years ago when before the card dlc’s or whatever they’re called.
