A pre-rendered trailer is the video game equivalent of telling a tall tale, and while I was intrigued by the prospect of playing as an alternate-history WW1 gladiator, I was also cautious enough to assume the worst to come. When game development is "suspended" it means the exact same thing as when a political campaign is "suspended". It's been cancelled but they cannot say it due to money issues. I honestly thought it was cancelled back in October 2015 when Bethesda said they were "evaluating" it.
Looked awful from the start. Bethesda is thankfully shelving Battlecry now or later.
