Naruto Storm Revolution – Samurai Edition Pre-Orders Open at GAME

The Pre-Orders for the Samurai Edition of the game are open! GAME in the UK has posted the edition to cost £79.99, or around $135. It seems for now that you can only pre-order the game through the link below, althrough Bandai Namco may bring the Samurai Edition to the US closer to release.

Bandai Namco Reveals Software Figures

In its financial report for the Fiscal Year 2015, Bandai Namco showed healthy numbers for its latest software titles. Most notably, the firm's latest game release, Dragon Ball Xenoverse, has sold 2.06 million units as of March 31st, 2015. The other game figures revealed were:

-Naruto Shippuden Ultimate: Ninja Storm Revolution - 1 million units
-One Piece: Unlimited World Red - 650k units
-Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment - 570k units

I hope Sword Art Online's figures are enough to convince Namco to localise more Vita titles. Digimon and SAO Lost Song would be pretty nice to have!

Indeed. I think the previous versions are a bit better. I like the way the narrative was presented in those games, was much better IMO.

I was just mad that they built up the Ten Tail battle at the end, and then just basically ended. I was all hyped, thinking the battle was actually going to be in the game.

The Naruto games have had an interesting life compared to its seemingly consistent predecessor, the anime. It started out as an adventure fighter with a variety of ways to explore the ninja world around you, leaping from trees and diving at high speed during minigames to get from point A to point B but, eventually, the game found its own calling somewhat with a story-based, fighting game style.
