Now that we’ve received our first official look at the next chapter in The Legend of Zelda, it’s time to do what every self-respecting Zelda fan ought to: analyze it to death.

There are a lot of little details from the Zelda Wii U reveal trailer to talk about, in addition to the visual style as a whole, so let’s dive in.

Was that not a sword stowed underneath the mechanized arrow?

Yes that was indeed a sword, although not the Master Sword because the hilt was different but the sheath was similar. Perhaps the sword will go through a leveling up transformation as well as link and gain strength and new abilities.

How about the original Legend of Zelda remade with the Echoes of Wisdom engine. Maybe throw in added dungeons, or expand the map to make the game longer than the original.

A Zelda 1 remake would be great, but not with the Echoes of Wisdom art style. I find it unappealing.

I'd even suggest a Link to the Past as well. Would love a more modern HD look using the Links Awakening / Echoes engine.

I would like Twilight Princess HD for Switch or Switch 2.

I just hope it's not a bunch MCU Snarky McJokeface dialog. Started playing veilguard free on PSN (would not recommend) and it's a perfect example of how dialog in contemporary entertainment is garbage.

It's gonna be Chris Pratt again lol

I'd love a Zelda 2 remake/redo.
