Today in the Treehouse Live @ E3 event, Bayonetta 2's producer Atsushi Inaba revealed that touch controls would be one of the control options for the game.

I mean they pretty much killed 3 big characters. They killed Jeanne, Luka and Bayonetta herself and it's not the fact they died it's how they died, we've seen Jeanne and Bayonetta survive countless things yet they go out by the lamest ways possible.
Nintendo has updated Bayonetta 2 to version 1.2.0 and they have also shared the patch notes for this update on the Nintendo Switch.
Wow, Andy W. What you've done is watched the Beyonetta 1 reboot and confussed it for beyonetta 2!!! You've even used a screenshot of beyonetta 1. Touch controls are also in beyonetta 2 though and have been known about since it's initial debuting.
