Gio Corsi has revealed that a new patch for Borderlands 2 will be available next week. The patch should improve performance and eliminate crashes.

Take-Two: "We know there have been some concerns from Borderlands fans about Take-Two’s Terms of Service. Maintaining transparency and confidence with the community here is always our goal, and we wanted to address some of these concerns."

Ahmad from eXputer: "Borderlands 2's unrivaled storytelling is something that has to lean into the core elements of the next iteration in the Borderlands series."
I'm curious how they are going to do the Siren since they've kind of wrote themselves into a corner regarding the lore.
it will probably be alot like wonderlands, since that is the last borderlands game
but we'll see soon
Most people do. But the people that create the games don't seem to understand that.
I bet it will be even worse than BL3 when it comes to story and character designs.

While gamers usually take notice of the mainline missions, these 5 side quests deserve more widespread attention for how entertaining they are.
awesome!!!
What's awesome is how Sony is supporting this game and not letting it go out to die. Yes, it had problems at launch, but it's nice to see they're fixing it.
I'm gonna be curious to see what effect this has on the frame rate. Although I would love to see it greatly improved, I think I would be satisfied if it just stopped the constant crashes.
Anyway, once they get the game running a little better hopefully we will hear something about the other DLC packs being released.
They should have seriously waited until the game was ready to go, because it was released in a broken state, all that negative press has probably stunted sales.
Im optimistic that they can get it running well without sacrifices. Gravity rush serves as a good example of a large scale game running well.
