I don't like your fanboyism normally, but you are right about this. Uncharted 4 is easily the best looking game I have ever seen, and we saw a lot of incredible looking games today. The Order 1886 is also amazing looking, but somehow Naughty Dog have surpassed even that game.

I'm sooooo hyped for Uncharted 4. It was for games like this that I bought my PS4.

I can't agree this E3 on that. Sony was pretty weak if you ask me. Would have been better if there was more live gameplay instead of trailers, which could be said about everyone. Pretty clear that these companies didn't have most of their stuff ready for E3 this year and put stuff together last second for E3.

I'm starting to think the Live letter for XIV will be the winner of E3 IMO.

To those saying it was CGI, I'm sorry but you are wrong. I can see lots of telltale signs of real-time graphics. They also confirmed at the beginning of the trailer that it is running on PS4 hardware.

The fact it has tricked so many of you into believing it was CGI only goes to show what an incredible thing Naughty Dog have accomplished. I expected great things from them, but they have surpassed all expectations.

I can't even imagine how Naughty Dog's late gen games are going to look.

Stop saying it was CGI.
Uncharted's cut scenes use the in-game engine. When I played Uncharted 2 I literally would wonder why the they stopped talking during cut scenes until I realized the scene was over and I was in control of Nate again.

Why would any of you think Naughty Dog isn't going to do the same with Uncharted 4? Well other than the obvious reason. Uncharted 4 will more than likely set the bar for visuals in console gaming when it's released. As did their predecessors.

That wasn't CG trailer. Naughty Dog has never used CGI in there games. That was all in game cinematic. Now yes graphics probably won't be as good as actual gameplay, but it will be pretty close.

Or did you get fooled by the misleading "It's in-game" quote when CG is also in-game.

Edit: Yes Naughty Dog use an higer poly model with better textures for cutscenes that change to a lower model when it reverts to gameplay. It's common practice and hardly noticeable because you don't see the model close up.

Ryse did this and everybody claimed it was the best looking game ever. U4 does it and everybody is screaming CG.

Not sure why some people think Naughty Dog would all of the sudden decide to start using CGI now, after all these years of using in game models for cut scenes... C'mon now.

Cut scenes similar to that in UC2 and 3 will cut right into gameplay, and look almost exactly the same as the cut scene. They always use in game models.

Ok first of all people calling it "CGI" are retarded. What I took out of this:
- Drake has a ring ...surely married to Elena
- he says that he has no choice this time
- Naughty Dog says that his will be a darker, more personal story
- My guess: Someone kidnapped Elena and he's going to save her
I definately like the darker tone, makes the story much more serious and intense. Can't wait for some gameplay, hopefully soon :/

This game will be pretty epic, not gonna lie, was hoping for a gameplay demo. I might get a PS4 once this game drops believe it or not. I'll be renting UC 2 & 3 for my PS3 in the coming week and I'd hate to not play the last one.

Sony definitely exceeded my expectations in their game offerings, I thought it would suck like last E3 since they were so quiet about it.

Sony had an extra 30 minutes.. They used it to talk about YouTube uploads vita TV and psnow....I'm happy with that. It was about games not fantasy football and dogs. They also talked about free TV shows for PS+ owners...so yes thank you....plus you see how they announced the r&c remake for ps4 while they spent the extra time talking TV...smh y'all hatas didn't catch that? Lol

To everyone sour, and griping about my post about sony not having enough games, Sony Showed 19 games, Microsoft Showed 20. So that's Great you guys actually watched :)Sony's TV time consisted of about a total of maybe 20 minutes in over an hour and a half. For the Record, I'm not bashing the Xbox E3, conference, That wasn't what this was about, i REALLY REALLY wanted to watch microsofts E3 conference and say hell yeah, and go buy a Console today. The fact is that, I saw Crackdown, but was it a crack down 3? A Rehash of crackdown 1, Was is Online Only? Only Coop? I have no idea, not enough to sell me the system. Sunset overdrive, was IMO absolutly AMAZING! Great humor, and i love the colors. Will I spend $400 for that one game? No. I will wait for Halo 5, Crackdown whatever it is, and then score it. Same reason i won't spend $300 to play mario, It will take Microsoft some time to Switch the focus back to games from Media, I understand that, and all you fanboys, should understand that too, and stop being so Bitter towards the Playstation, They learned from their mistakes with the PS3, now its Microsoft's turn. Obviously they knew this because there is a new ruler at the helm.

I was expecting a full stage demo....but damn, that looks like a real dude lying on the sand....graphics are INSANE. I just can not believe that's in-game....i just can't.

Btw, Sony, wtf is up with you spending an obscene amount of time talking about a TV show? That was horrible. You're lucky you had UC4 at the end to make up for it.

I can't believe it too man, the graphics are absolutely stunning, Naughty Dogs really pushed the limits, i cannot contain my excitement and i can't wait to see a gameplay whenever that will happen.

If any thing useful i get from this year's E3 is that 2015 is the year of THE Next-Gen Gaming!

And i can't Wait!

And oh god i just read the description of that trailer and it says:

Yeah, my only disappointments with Sony's conference was that they didn't show a gameplay demo of The Last of Us Remastered and a longer gameplay trailer of Uncharted 4.

What we did see was amazing, though, so I'm pretty happy with their presentation. They had the best conference overall, followed by Ubisoft.

Wow you ps4 fans are unbelieveable, sony laid an egg and they went last. PS they showed all CGI, which is what you guys hammered MSFT for. That Uncharted CGI trailer wasn't very good, other than the graphics while he was laying down,those graphics were outstanding. The trailer was in a singular location, didn't show enough about the direction of the game or show any gameplay.

Edit: Not jealous at all, I said those graphics were outstanding, I was really impressed. I'm just saying why aren't all conferences judged by the same rules.

How am I hating, you act like I sat there wanting sony to have a bad show. I'm just saying you all harped on CGI and multiplats, yet sony did the same thing. If you guys were happy with their show more power to you, all those tv and movies showcases.

Man i always own every system ,xbox 360 was my system of choise last but i own every one so i played all the Uncharted games and seems you dont,because than you will now that normally the FMV sequences in all Uncharted games use the game engine and sometimes when playing i could not tell if i has in a FMV sequence or if it was already ingame,THE PASSAGE FROM fmv sequence to ingame was difficult to note because the graphics were the same.And this trailer of Uncharted thieves is using ingame engine so those are most likely the graphics you will get on gameplay too.

Last I checked the only exclusive that didn't show gameplay was uncharted 4. All other exclusives had gameplay footage.

It's not CGI. If you take another look in the video and look for the section provided in the image you will that the sand doesn't move smoothly with his elbow. There's a bit of a stutter. If it was CGI then it would have been a nice transition. Plus, it looks like the sand is just a texture. You know when you see landscape from aeriel view it looks awesome but in an angle it looks stretched out? That's how it looks. So all in all, I believe they are using resources from the game and making the cut-scenes better looking. I just hope it looks like that in gameplay.

Both MS & Sony had an OK(maybe great) conference imo.

Sony got my attention more though,probably because I'm not into some of the IPs that MS XBOX showed like Fable or crackdown.

But all in all,both conferences were good to me.

That was 100% in game and coming DIRECTLY from the PS4... Not a single ounce was Prerendered or CGI!!! LOL AT THE XBOX crew! DID you all just forget that The Order 1886 has NO CGI and that everything from Cinematics to gameplay all runs seamlessly! and THAT comes out before uncharted! AGAIN, have a seat. The Trailer itself EXPLICITLY says it at the very beginning.

I'll take Uncharted over Crackdown anyday.

MS of Scalebound which was a CGI trailer, a CGI trailer for Phantom Dust and Crackdown. WHAT EXACTLY WAS THRILLING ABOUT either of those?
