The combination of solid action gameplay mixed with the excellent art style and narrative aspects of the game easily won me over, and I even bought the Bastion announcer for Dota 2 because I liked Bastion’s narrator so much. When I had heard about Supergiant Games’s newest title Transistor, I had high hopes for the game because it contained all the aspects that made Bastion such a success. Does it match up to Bastion, however? Not quite."
