Both the PS4 and Xbox One are trying to get past their post launch lulls, but Sony and Microsoft are doing it in different ways.

Dear team,
Xbox has always been different.
We started with a simple idea. Games should bring people together through shared experiences. That led to the first Xbox in 2001, Xbox Live in 2002, and new ways to connect, from friends lists and achievements to parties and play across devices. Today, Xbox reaches over 500 million players around the world, with some of the most important franchises in entertainment.
re-evaluating exclusivity 💀
PS players will need to go back to pretending to dislike Xbox games
If they go back to exclusive games it at least shows that they are finally getting it. They would be turning down immediate money for something that will potentially workout in the long term.
Only issue is they've already opened Pandora's box. A lot of their base has moved to PC or jumped to PS. So will be a long road to get back on track.
We have been saying this from day one exclusives are a must if you are going to be selling hardware look at Nintendo and Sony before Jim Ryan. That's the proven formula. You had some that were deluded and blinded by loyalty accepting that multiplat was the future and that MS was merely getting ahead of where the industry was headed, but at least they can finally see the light and agree with what everyone has been saying for a decade+
Despite all of that, it's clear that Microsoft's Xbox division is broken beyond repair.

Bet it made more money on Playstation as well. Because Triple A, Gamepass, Day one, One dollar.

REPLACED provides a dark, cinematic journey through a detailed post-apocalyptic world. Its heavy combat and moody story make this a top tier thriller for any library.
Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is the game that gets the most play on my Xbox One. The game is just fun! but there has defiantly been a lull in releases for both systems
I haven't felt like there's a void. I worried about that when I bought the PS4.
I don't have a shortage of things to play on it. Right now I'm hooked on Don't Starve, which will hold me over until Watch Dogs and Transistor which I haven't started yet.
I'm way behind on my PS4 games. Same with my PS3, Vita, and PC games.
I don't own every game that released since launch so I literally can't afford to say there is an absence of games. There are a lot of games I gave up at launch in favor of the ones I chose.
So far the retail games I own are KZSF, ISS, NFS, CoD and NBA Live. 5 out of how many games since launch. No lull for me, only lull is my damn financials. Oh yh and Child of Light.
Resolution gate and fps has been one big diversion. The comparison of launch titles isn't even close.
All the boxes are checked for XB1, with games available to play right now. Forza, DR3, Ryse, PvZ, Titanfall, Project Spark Beta, Max COB, Halo SA, Kinect Sports Rivals, and Killer Instinct.
@FlamingWeazel you named a bunch of games no one has even heard about or plays. I don't think you ever ever played the Project Spark beta, it's basically the real game. Thousands of games are playable and you can create your own. I must have struck a nerve, you seem upset.
