I think PS4 is doing quite well. After Second Son they've had Dynasty Warriors(PS4 next gen exclusive), Final Fantasy 14(also PS4 next gen exclusive ), MLB The Show, Transistor, Daylight, Outlast Whistleblower, and more. All great games.

I haven't really had any downtime yet. This month especially has been filled with great games, Child of Light, Super Time Force, Wolfenstein.. Can't complain.

The difference is Microsoft has been announcing and making the console better while Sony has been very laid back.

How's this, the lull if there is such a thing is an issue for a relatively small but vocal group who want and do buy a new full price game every week and complete it in a day or two. A huge number of people who buy consoles buy one game a year, fifa, madden, cod etc irrespective of platform and play it exclusively for a full year before moving into the next game in the series so the lull for them is none existent.

For me, I bought a ps4 and killzone is still in the wrapper but I'm addicted to Trials Fusion

I think it could be better but the games so far for the first half of the year isn't too bad for me.

The games I currently have so far..

ps4: MLB 14, Assassins Creed, Tomb Raider, Nba 2k14, transistor and getting watch dog next week.Had infamous but traded it in.

Xb1:Forza 5, Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Titanfall, Plant vs Zombie GW, Killer Instinct, Wolfeinstein.

Wii U: Nothing yet but will have Mario Kart 8 and windwaker HD in a week.

Games like Transistor and Child of Light really help fill in the gaps for some of the larger releases. It's been pretty brutal though...

I love MMOs so I decided to get FF14. Which means that when I dont have any single player games to play I will just play FF14 instead.

I'll never stop playing my PS4 with this strategy.

Greatest disopiment was the games that didnt release at launch.
On the games front wish id gone x1 titanfalls being the main reason.
But it could all change after e3.

My Ps4 doesn't get used since i completed Second Son, tried to fill void with Killzone MP but it never really grabbed my attention like a Halo or a CoD. Pretty much been filling time with Titanfall , Garden warfare and BF4 . I really hope Sony start to put more into there multiplayer side of games. Without it I'm finding it hard to justify paying release day prices , perfect example is Second Son. Game would have been perfect for Superhero multiplayer, a massive opportunity missed. Imagine capture the flag with Noen run…… so cool.

I don't think there really is a lull I'm extremely happy. I got Titanfall, Nba 2k, Forza5, AC4, Dead Rising 3( which I just finally beat but still playing), Killer Instinct (which I've played the s**t out of) and I just picked up Wolfenstein. That's not to mention the two games I beat and sold (Battlefield 4 and Ryse) and my xbl games! All of these are lasting me just fine because I still have a life to live and summer is here so who cares anyway.

Oh I'm sorry I thought this article was talking about Sony and Microsofts game lulls. I don't care about your stupid numbers or pc. I'm simply saying that I really enjoy my games exclusives or not on Xbox one and it just so happens that some are not on ps4 so I feel no lull. There is a TON of fun in Dead Rising 3 (sub 30frames is very rare and doesn't kill my fun), Titanfall and Killer instinct and no one can change my mind on that. I honestly dont see how anyone who has actually played these games for awhile can not say that they are not awesome unless you're not a fan of the genres then maybe I could understand your anger LOL. I could see how Ryse mite nor be liked but it still its got the best graphics on consoles so far, an underrated story and tons of gore. I liked it beat it and sold it like what most gamers do. Am I not allowed an opinion? By the way if you think GT5 or 6 are better than forza 5 u are out of your mind haha.
