Fakechartz, It looks like they overtracked Xbox One sales again.

PS4 hardware is still undertracked by about 200k. As of Apr 6 2014 Sony announced 7 mil. As of May 10 2014 they should be around 7.8 mil not 7.6 mil.

No comment on any other platform.

And believe it or not, that's the XBONE being over tracked

VGCharts being fake has absolutely nothing to do with Xbox One being 3rd in total hardware and software sales.

PS4 7.4 to 7.9 Million units

WiiU 6.1 to 6.6 Million units

Xbox One 4.5 to 5 million units

The numbers are estimates but they are within the actual range. Now wipe away the tears because your beloved Xbox One is indeed in last place.

I buy digital now i used to buy disks not anymore. Me and another guy share stuff, that way, saves me money.

I bought the titanfall dlc digitally and my friend just downloaded it digitally and never paid for it. Part of the home sharing with friends on live, its great, same for games.

I bet lot of x box users have gone digital.

Vgchartz has been really fishy lately. When the Borderlands 2 Vita bundle launched, vgchartz reported 46k Borderlands 2 copies sold in the US. As only the bundle was released and not the physical game, they said the Vita sold 2.7k copies.

I take it for what it is, a very rough guess. Every comment on here is complaining about them but you all clicked on the article and read the numbers.

If you truly don't care just keep scrolling when you see VGcharts.

Ouch! The xbone is really getting its tuckus handed to it. I think the price cut will only help in NA. M$ can chalk this gen up as a lost.

Plus we all know that the PS4 numbers are undertracked and the xbone numbers are over tracked. So it's actually worst than it looks for the xbone.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.

Wuchang is great. Nine Sols didn’t have a physical copy so I never played it but I’ve heard good things so I will check it out. I stopped playing sports games many years ago when before the card dlc’s or whatever they’re called.
