Many games out there are attempting to take the super popular Minecraft formula and inflect their own spin. Block Story feels a lot like Notch’s vast open world game, with a bunch of layered in RPG elements to create a title that feels familiar yet distinct.
SteamFirst: With the incredible success of Minecraft, it was inevitable that many developers would copy the blocky style of free creation and add their own twists. Unfortunately, Block Story is one of those games you just feel sorry for. It’s a good idea, but with poor execution.
