Zach of B-TEN discusses Microsoft's big recent announcements, such as Halo 5 and the $399 Xbox One, and their potential implications for E3.

Halo will make its PS5 debut with a massively modernised remake of the original Xbox game, Combat Evolved.
That’s according to the Halo Leaks account on X (or Twitter), which has accurately outed information about the franchise in the past.
I expect this to be announced pretty soon. Can't wait, this game was awesome. I wonder how of a remake it'll be though, hopefully not a remaster because we already have that lol.
Better reboot than another re-touch (remake after an already remaster) .... but 343/Halo is incompetent now, so .... guess this is best they can do with help of Coalition
So much memories with halo.
The original Xbox was my first console (actually 64 but barely played) and the first game was halo. Me and my brother use to play coop almost everyday.
We eventually traded in for a PS2 because of kingdom hearts lol
I played the first 2 Halo games. That's Bungie's Halo.. I do not know whether 343's Halo is as good as Bungie's.
Either ways Halo is one of Microsoft's big franchises. So many rumours so it's becoming more likely it'll come to PS5

Glenn Israel writes: "As of today and after seventeen long years, I am officially no longer contributing to the Halo universe. There is little more I can say for the moment, though I intend to share this particular story in its entirety when it is absolutely safe to do so next year. In the meantime, I have a message for anyone and everyone who needs to hear it.
I know that the state of our industry seems dire, but never forget that you are *free to choose*. No illusion of security nor promise of wealth or fame or power is worth trading away your health, your dignity, your ethics or values - and no one can force you to. Stay strong, take evidence when necessary, and find where you belong."
He said something very marking . We tend to complain a lot about the industry but deep down I realize that we never have we been offered this crazy amount of games all available for you to play now . You can literally play any sorts of games in 2025 . Nobody is forcing you to buy the latest COD or the latest BF . You’re more of a 8 bit cozy gaming guy there’s a whole niche of modern games for that . You like micromanaging there’s games for that . I feel like we have been spoiled so much we just stopped being realistic and thinking for ourselves . We follow trends cry about stuff online when you are the buyer you have the power .
....wth happened over there?
Does this confirm a new Halo by next year?
What did they want him to do that made him feel it was morally wrong or a insult to his integrity?
Well how about that, a name change doesn’t fix internal issues
Who would have thought

Tashi writes: Back in June we let the community know that we’d be continuing the conversation from last year’s HaloWC and the “A New Dawn” video and sharing more about what we’ve been working on. Like last year we’ll be on the Main Stage to talk about it but this year we’ve also got a “deep dive” panel planned for the Community Stage that you won’t want to miss.
It means in 24 days on Monday, June 9th... All Hell Breaks Loose!
I thought I was excited for last year's E3, but so far I'm more amp'd up about this year's.
I hope not much, since I'm a PS4 fan.
$399 XBOX One probably means more sales though.
Big week you mean big month or did ppl forget that sunset overdrive was annonpunced last week
First E3 in about 5 years where MS isn't focusing on Kinect and non-gaming related functions. So should be good. I loved my Xbox...and 360 for a brief time in the ME exclusive days.
Buuuut given is thundering success, Sony is massacring the competition right now and walking out on stage like a boss.

Everyone is throwing down the gauntlet. We get to see more concrete details on confirmed games (I'd name them, but it might get messy), rumors we're 99% sure of, and of course secrets (wow I just described E3). Every console maker has something at stake. Nintendo needs to get back in the minds of gamers and the general consumer, Xbox needs to regain gamers they lost to PS4, and PS4 needs to hold its lead while increasing its presence.
I'm expecting a lot of heavy hitters now that the generation has fully started. No more excuses for the change-over, I don't want to hear the phrase "but ____ has no games" anymore.
