
VRFocus - Indie developer Untold Games has updated its Kickstarter campaign for the upcoming virtual reality (VR) exclusive adventure title, Loading Human. The update reconfigures some of the campaign's pledge tiers, adding more content to pre-existing levels and revealing entirley new ones too. As a result, the price of digital, DRM-free copy of the first chapter of the PC and Mac title has dropped from $35 USD to $25.

Skyworld: Kingdom Brawl, one of the best RTS card battlers in VR is shutting down this July, developer Vertigo Games has confirmed.
Nice. This looks like a great fit for VR - much better than trying to crush a traditional FPS or somesuch onto Rift.
Mind you, it's damaging and inaccurate to think of this as a "price cut." Kickstarter is *NOT* a shop, it's more like a charity crossed with a casino - the point is that you're taking a gamble on an idea that you'd love to see made, NOT placing a pre-order. People misunderstanding the core concept and treating KS as some sort of online marketplace led to a huge amount of disappointment surrounding many games and will continue to do so.
