Bound by Flame has launched to seriously mixed reviews, but this budget aRPG fills a place on the PS4, offering tight combat and truly great crafting abilities. What it lacks in the over-all story, it makes up for with its unapologetically hardcore combat.
Combat has been evolved from clunky and simplistic to a much more dynamic fare, and it’s combat that delivers most of Bound By Flame’s enjoyment. Gone are the dodges and over-reliance on gadgets and traps to get you by, replaced with well animated and varied tactical abilities that almost perfectly blend strategically dancing around the map, with party tactics and demon powers.
The Humble Focus Entertainment Legends and Visions Bundle just launched today. It includes seven different games on multiple operating systems that you can redeem and play on Steam. As always, a portion of proceeds from the bundle supports charity.
