This week GH101 tackles the beloved SNES title Super Metroid. Building upon the fantastic foundation of the original, many consider this title to be their favorite game of all time. Neither host has played it, which leads to interesting discussion of this nearly two decade old classic.
Super Metroid was a monumental triumph of interactive art, a game that achieved new heights in presentation, level design, and pacing, and despite a few flaws, manages to hold up astoundingly well to this day.

Fusion did a great job at it. Really love that horror feel with metroid. I mean you are completely alone on alien planets filled with horrific monsters and toxic environments.
The 2024 Game Anniversaries include some major titles including Half-Life 2, Uncharted 2, and Minecraft.
