Six months after BioWare's stunning science fiction RPG exploded onto the Xbox 360, PC owners now have the chance to jump into the Mass Effect universe. BioWare's drafted in help from Massachusetts developer Demiurge Studios to help tweak some of the 360 game's annoyances - but has it resulted in a better experience? VideoGamer.com pit the two Mass Effects against each other in a sci-fi showdown to find out which version is most deserving of your hard-earned cash.

I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed
Like with Fallout, it's starting to feel studios are using TV / Film adaptations when they have no game info to talk about.
I feel the same way.
I mean, how difficult would it be for them to release SOMETHING of substance? Another short trailer? A couple of proper hints? A short story set during the original trilogy, but focused on fringe characters?
Hopefully they're working so hard on the game that they don't have time. But still, with every passing year and so little to show, the franchise will be slipping further and further from people's minds.
Yeah agree it's almost a cop out since Dev times are 5 to 10 years just throw out a few seasons instead you get them done in a year

Graphically they look very similar yet the PC seems to get a darker color. As far as controls go seems the PC has refined all the ticks the 360 pad gave along with a new and improved equipment screen makes it all the better ;)
lol its look slike a 360 ( rep the pc) and a ps3(rep 360) multiplat comaprison hahah it really does the 360 is quate powrfull even when compared by a gameing pc=)
edit: guys i was only joking in some screens the 360 version even looks better the ps3 is doopoo it cant even come close in comparisons thereis no game liek gears of war 1 /mass effect/ on the ps3 for a reason .
Mass Effects biggest weakness on the 360 I thought was all the glitches. Off course the PC version is going to be superior.
You fools can disagree w/ me all you want but everyone knows Mass Effect on Xbox was terrible when it came to glitches.
360 version outta the water, but that trash that pc fans and technicians state looks more and more VOID.
