SEGA and IGN have recently released a video showing the reactions of IGN’s journalists while playing the game. Naturally, this video went viral and Frictional Games’ Thomas Grip felt the need to mention a couple of things about this upcoming horror title. My favorite Aliens game also, having the three campaigns to play was great. Scaling walls as an alien waiting to ambush anyone that came too close.
Only played a little of the horde mode but was still fun.
Aliens Fireteam Elite was my GotY in 2021, single player was kinda bad but playing that game 3 player with friends was so good and really challenging on higher difficulties

Alien Isolation Grand Mother VR is an all new virtual reality experience for Creative Assembly’s best ever horror game.
I played through most of the PS4 version of the game but stopped because another game came out. I bought it last year for PC with the intention of using the VR mod but haven't gotten around to setting it up. I am glad I waited.
Great game, even better in VR. A little drawn out by the end, but I hope we see CA do something a little different with the sequel.
Sweet. I also rebought this game on Steam for the purpose of VR. I'll have to give it another shot w full immersive controls. I had only tried it out briefly before.
It's funny this was never officially released at retail as a VR game, bc it feels so perfect for it!
The Alien franchise has had a long history in video games, but few games have come quite as close to being perfect as Alien: Isolation.
frankly, when I was watching the game "scaring the sh*t" out of IGN guys, I really thought they were just acting just to please the watchers of the video. Alien Isolation did not really scare me when I was watching it on YT. We'll see if we can play the game itself. It wasn't really that promising to be frank. Just another game were someone or something is gonna chase you when they see you.
Outlast doesnt look scary on YT either. It has to be experienced. Not saying AI is or isnt, but YT videos are nothing to go by.
Yeah, best to experience it for yourself before writing it off. It's like saying Silent Hill isn't creepy while you're playing it in the daylight with all the lights on in your room with the volume low (without headphones, lol.)
He forgot another reason: you see the same monster for the whole game, recently I played Cry of Fear and I didn't get scared of the same monsters after a couple of hours but then they introduce a new monster and I get scared again
