Can someone explain how they are able to sell these games for such cheap prices?! I mean, Watch_Dogs hasn't even released yet and that's a HUGE discount.

The beauty of PC gaming.... all they are selling is the licence/CD. NO need for physical discs and brick and mortar stores.

In the end the publisher still wins.

You have to remember the usual $59.99 deal comes with the following costs.

Physical shipping
Cases, discs, and all that go with that.
$10 to Microsoft or Sony per disc.
Retailer (online or brick and mortar), because Best Buy doesn't sell the games for free.

With PC gaming you don't have that $10 fee per disc.
With digital distribution, you don't have the physical and distribution costs.

With G2A, they are willing to sell it, probably at close to free from their end to sell their brand and make you aware they even exist. Given also they are based out of Poland, their overhead and wages are also going to be lower then that of Steam or Greenman Gaming in US/UK.

That's how you get such offers of $33.33 for a game that is unreleased and others pay $59.99 plus sales tax, shipping, and in some countries a VAT tax.

Gotta love preorders at half the retail price! Hadn't planned on preordering until next month but that's hard to pass up.

Got the deal Friday from G2A. Great deal and no needing to fudge around with pretending to be in India to get a quasi-legitimate deal which most likely won't have any negative ramifications....but sometimes things change and it's not worth the hassle and loss if it were to change.

Lots of people used to get free stuff from XBLive by 'switching countries'. Some did it several times and nothing happened. Then they got banned. Just like that, this could change at some point too. Not worth it.

Also people have said one of the other times people used the India trick, their order got cancelled. Would suck to miss out on a great G2A deal or a lesser but still good Greenman deal, because you got the India deal...only to be cancelled and possibly left high and dry with no deal.

I got this deal when it was first offered. I canceled it yesterday because it offers absolutely no DLC. I could not pass up the ton of launch DLC that the steam deluxe version has. Both are good deals.

G2A has given me amazing prices, and just highlights why PC gaming is cheaper in the long run.

I bought Thief from them for £21 on release.

Reaper Of Souls was £24

Dark Souls 2 was £21 on pre-order.

Now Watch Dogs is £19. £19 for a pre-order.

Only downside is you can't pre-load as the CD keys only arrive on release day.

But hey. £30 saved PER GAME over console versions is insane.
