Dont worry that's coming soon now that Black Tusk quit making a new IP and decided to make GeoW4. To be fair maybe it will have colors like GeoW3, if so there is always The Order, lol. Take that PS4 and Xbone fanboys jk

It's a term, like saying consoles. Or you can call it Open-platform
With decent rig, GPU is what usually defines the PC's gen.
