anyways Haze werent a fail :P it was an ok game,most people hyped it up but for me I werent expecting it to be AAA or anywhere above the 7/10 scores

It's a fun shooter for a group of friends :)

i really hope killzone 2 doesnt fail like killzone 1..because from the previews i heard it was just such graphic powerhouse and mediocre gameplay sort of like " i have big junk.......but i cant get it up"

Anticipation generally lets your imagination run wild with possibilities of what the game will be like before you get a shot at it. I'm pretty sure Haze was subject to this as the media and the developers were hyping Haze a lot. I'll rent it to judge for myself.

...four FPS's off the top of my head, right now, that are worse than Haze. The Darkness, Timeshift, Conflict: Denied Ops, Soldier of Fortune. Those are just 4 that I can think of.

Short list. Perfect dark zero belongs on there, so does blacksite area 51, and turrok.. probably tons of others. No other genre churns out tons of mediocre crap like fps games.

...bubble for you. By now there must be thousands upon thousands of FPSs that could be considered "epic fail." Your mention of "Perfect Dark Zero" is a perfect example of hype failing to pan out. Will have to play Haze before lumping it on top of that giant stack of FPS crap, but it doesn't look too good....

Ok Ill admit HaZe was supposed to be good.. Now If it is or isnt, thats up to people who buy it to decided...

But it isnt the game that everyone is waiting for like most of these articles are stating.. Everyone Knows JUNE 12th is the most anticipated date.. Everyone Knows Haze was a side note to MGS4.. Every commenter and Ps3 owner knows this.. No one Ive seen ever said 360 would die because of haze.. While I dont agree that one game can kill a console.. It was MGS4 that was used for that argument..

So even tho Haze may have failed in the reviews.. Its not that big of deal.. MGS4 is the game .. SIMPLY THE GAME

Ps I understand that its a FPS article.. but that shouldnt matter.. Haze wasnt that big amongst PS3 fans.. MGS4 is what everyone is waiting for

They still trumpet the xbox 360 & mumble when it comes to the ps3.
I cant say the same for Morgan though. She doesnt do anything on that show. She just stands there listening to Adam sesslers Ranting. Its sad because I think she might be a ps3 gamer but Adam Tells her to fUC% off cause he just unlocked another achievement.
She seems so weak now a days, With her stupid new hair color and overly glamorized for a video game review show clothes.
Its funny because Morgan was the star of the show before & now she just stares at the camera waiting for her turn to say a sentence & then its back to Adam being a Homo again.
X-play used to be funny. But now they are like the CNN of Xbox news!
The way microsoft throws money around, Im sure X-play got a piece.
Adam Sessler thinks his his Sesslers Soapbox is right on but he only states the obvious in rants. That can be found all over youtube by more original formulated opinions. Morgan, when are you gonna dye your hair black & be funny wierd again? Stand up for yourself! Proove that Homo wrong!
Also, I found it really weird that since Microsoft has nothing to offer at E3 that Morgan said "oh, well we have all been spoiled by 2007 and nothing really big is gonna happen at E3 because microsoft hasnt released any new announcements so Maybe its time to discover some of the old games 7 give them a try."
WHAT?
Is microsoft the only video game making company in the whole entire world? M$ hasnt released any new announcements so its over for gaming and we gotta dig in our crates for a Xbox original? America is still controlling media & with a big corporations like microsoft holding the american stockmarket in place it would be over for x-play if they went along with stating the fact that it is over for xbox 360 & its worthless games.
i know they aint gonna say that but at least stop showing so much favoritism to 1 console & making corny jokes about the wii & Undermining the power & features of the PS3.

It was inevitable with how successful Halo was on the original 'box.

You can only shoot so many Nazi's/zombies/aliens/demons.. .and adding cheesy gimmicks like bullet time don't cut it - that Rupture game looks lame. I want story and new and exciting worlds to explore. I would not mind having to shoot things or drive vehicles along the way, but "special effects" do not an engaging electronic media make! - I'm looking at you Star Wars Prequels!

That's why I loved Bioshock and why I can't wait for Fallout, Deus Ex 3 and the new Thief.

While I can see that using complete sentences might be difficult for you I wont reduce myself to the same so you can understand me.

Now where is the correlation between halo 3, an amazing game hated by ps3 fans because its not on their console and so desperate to hope that 360 fans think the same about mgs4. Which we don't.
After playing mgs3 I think its only ps3 fans that are excited about it. But if your desperate for a catalogue of games to play.

I played Prey, when I own an Xbox 360. And, it was not a bad game at all. It was not AAA either. But it was playable and I got 1000 achievements for it. There is definitly more horrible FPS games than Prey.

My question is what the hell is Darkwatch (and Prey) doing there the game is pretty decent and just by reading the comment they posted it looks like the COMPLETELY missed the point of the game

Every ps3 fanboy in here smashed halo for its visuals and touted that haze looked waaayyy better and would be so sick. now that it got a 5 its nice to rub it in. I got a ps3 and i havent played it in um like 6 months. im waiting till next month when mgs4 comes out then i can finally turn it back on again. you gotta rip haze and the ps3 cause they were saying it was going to be the best game ever. i thought the visuals looked awesome when they were previewing it but lookin at the levels it looks crappy. killzone might be the best looking game of all time but if it isnt fun then it will get a 7. i doubt it though. you cant spend millions on the game and have it fail. killzone will be 10/10. better be damnit

Really though, with halo3 you have a case of a game being an epic failure but because of ppls blind devotion to the series it didn't matter. You could crap in a box and put a Halo logo on it and ppl would go apesh1t.

I mean, look at Halo Wars, the game is just another RTS clone, but ppl are getting excited over it because it's a Halo property. And the fact that his been delayed again is pathetic. How hard is it to program an RTS game!? LMAO

It's the same way w/ GTA4. This game isn't a failure, but because there is so much hype out their people aren't as critical of it's shortcomings. It is far from the perfect game, but how many perfect reviews did it get? If it is so perfect than why does it need DLC?

I could care less what system Halo3 came out on, fact of the matter is the story mode sucked, the graphics should have been better, and the gameplay was stale. People deserved a better game, they got Halo 2.5. I have plenty of freinds w/ 360s and only 1 of them didn't trade in their copy of Halo. Then again none of my freinds are 12years old, so it makes sense. They don't need to ask their mommy's permission to play a game that is actually good (gears).

I have said plenty of times how crappy Haze was gonna be.

I have plenty of games for my PS3 I enjoy. Resistance, Drakes Fortune, GTP, Motorstorm, WarkHawk, Ratchet and Clank, etc.

People like you are so close minded. You have no foresight. Sony is just beginning to get their lineup going, now that they are done w/ the PS2.

Look what we have coming out in the future - FF13, Killzone2, Resistance 2, LBP, GODOFWAR3, Eight Days, LBP, The Getaway, The Agency, Infamous, Motorstorm2, Heavy Rain, Siren, The New Team Ico, MGS4, White Knight Story, Socom, FFVersus, New R* exclusive, etc.

What do you clowns have?

Banjo, Viva Pinata2, Infinite Discovery, Halo Wars(PC), Halo 4(PC), NG2, Fable 2(PC), Too Human, Alan Wake(PC), and Huxley(PC)

FYI My gaming PC will smoke your pathetic 360 and I could still play Gears, Halo, Bioshock, MassEffect, Fable, etc. if I wanted to - they would all run better, look better, and have more content. Xbox exclusives aren't even exclusive.

FYI games always look better on the pc than on the 360 or ps3 so whats your point? If your rig could smoke the 360 then it could your pathetic ps3. After all the multi-plat games have lower res, freezing, poorer frame rate, etc on the ps3 compared to the 360.

Half Life 2 is just one of many FPS's that is better than Halo. Call of Duty 4, Crysis and Far Cry are all far better than Halo! imo Halo is just generic poo, some dude in a space suit with no face shooting crappy aliens, BORING.
