Circle Entertainment are probably best known for being involved with Tappingo on the 3DS and Armillo, Knytt Underground and Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams on the Wii U. They’ve revealed how unhappy they are with the European ratings board’s decision to increase their prices for rating games. This was actually the main cause for them to release games on the North American eShop before the European one.

Circle Entertainment confirmed over social media yesterday that their upcoming import title Conveni Dream will be released in the Nintendo 3DS eShop this month.

Nintendo Enthusiast had the chance to talk with Chris Chau, the CEO of CIRCLE Entertainment, to know better about one of the bigger supporters of the Nintendo eShop on the indie scene.
Their works aren't limited to game development, but also publishing and localization between regions.

GG3 writes: "Publisher Circle Entertainment has teased a new release for Nintendo 3DS. In a recent message on Twitter, the company called out an incoming shooter."
I also wonder if this/PEGI is one of the reasons games get released later in EU ?
